Went in for elec window repair. Fair price and timely service. As an aside, I asked them to check my battery charge, if bad, I'll get a battery as well. They told me it was fine for now. He knew I would have purchased a battery that day with his advice to do so. It's so nice to have a mechanic you can trust.

I needed to replace the plates on my car and couldn’t do it myself because the screws were so rusted and needed to be drilled out. The Toyota dealership was going to charge us $60 for every screw that needed to be drilled out. I called Fleenor and Robert’s Christmas Eve morning. They got us in right away, drilled out and replaced the screws, and put my plates on free of charge. What a surprising kind and helpful experience over the holidays. We were on a trip and my car had basically stopped working. They got us in even though they were busy and packed. Just have to say they are awesome people that fixed our car when we were a little down and were basically out of options. Super grateful for people like them! One of the great comforts in life is having a mechanic you trust. We been customers for over 30 years. The staff there has always been responsive to our needs and considerate of our budget, whether it's routine lube, oil and filter or more serious issues. We have three vehicles in our family and Kenny keeps them in great shape bumper to bumper.

Vent solenoid replaced on fuel tank. Ken left the plug in the vent line. O2 sensor bad. Ken replaced the wrong one. Oil change and front end alignment. They pinched a brake line causing the caliper to burn up. They replaced the caliper and brake line and said the brake line on the other side looked bad as well so they replaced it as well plus recommending a grease line be replaced. They fixed the first two on them. Refused to eat the last one. I'm done. Find someone competent.
