Okay Okay... Dominique got me right together. I have had some aid office experience when it comes to buying a car but Dominique customer service skills, friendliness, and knowledge is on point. I left more than happy and recommend her personally to deal with (No shade) But overall experience was great the facility was clean, no wait friendly. Back to Dominique she made sure to ask what it was I was looking for and covered all bases. Bonus she mad my daughter smile and believe you me she don't like strangers. Kudos Drive Time 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I enjoyed every minute of this experience. The process was quick and painless and my sales rep was very friendly, professional, informative, attentive, and had a positive attitude the entire process. He put us in the car we not only wanted, but needed. Will return in the future. He asked me not to post his pic, but yall have to go see this guy.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Highlander from DriveTime Midlothian on May 7th, 2026. Within less than 5 days, I experienced multiple issues that resulted in repeated repair visits, including a transmission replacement, it cracked windshield, brake pads and rotors, a faulty hood latch that caused the hood to flap while driving in the expressway, worn out control arms and suspension components, a pushed in fog light indicating prior impact or damaged, tire issues, and the required software update. During my first month and 3 weeks of ownership, I've only been able to drive the vehicle for about 5 days while continuing to make my payments. The vehicle has now been in the repair shop for over a month and a half and despite asking I was never offered a loaner vehicle. The repair process has been frustrating. Every repair seemed to involve delays, slow responses, and long waits. After more than a month and a half, most of the repairs have finally been covered, (they don't want to cover the brakes and rotors)- , And that doesn't change the inconvenience, the stress, or the fact that I was left without reliable transportation while paying for a vehicle I couldn't use. I've submitted a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau as well as a certified demand letter requesting a fair resolution. Unless this matter is resolved, I intend to pursue all legal remedies available to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from drive time or this location. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from drive time to have the vehicle independently inspected before signing any paperwork. I did try, I asked the salesman if I could take it 5 minutes away to a certified mechanic and he said they don't allow that. All the vehicles are inspected "according" to drivetime. I continually see DriveTime advertisements showing happy customers, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Although DriveTime eventually approved most of the repairs, that doesn't compensate me for losing the use of my vehicle for over a month and a half ,stress and inconvenience of having to depend on others for transportation.
