Sam with Chicago Motor Credit is the truth! I was lucky enough to find a vehicle for our son on the Cars.com app that was listed by Chicago Motor Credit. After my son and I decided that this was the suv that checked all of our boxes. I decided to put the call in to verify it was there on the lot and still for sale. Sam picked up the phone and I could tell immediately he was on my side. I told him we were from out of state and I would need him to check a couple things on the suv that we couldn’t see via the pictures before we drove that way. I didn’t want any surprises once we arrived. Sam was able to answer and verify everything I asked of him. We then agreed upon a price and I scheduled a day to drive up to buy the suv after that. Sam had it all ready for us once we arrived. He was able to even expedite the paperwork for us before we got there by sending him some information that he needed. Sam definitely knew what he was doing. And I appreciated it. We were in and out. Completely seamless. Everyone there in the building was polite and it was a team effort getting us situated. Then we loaded up in our new 2017 Cadillac XT5 Platinum and made the 3 hour drive back home. This Caddy drove so nice and gave us no issues! I was able to do my do diligence on this vehicle to assure myself that we were buying the right vehicle for our son. Thank you to Sam and the whole team at Chicago Motor Credit! I arrived there looking for a car which is already sold and had a couple other in mind we thought it was already sold but they helped me find one that fit my needs that was in my budget. Despite the high turnover there is a car there for you. It does feel a little bit of magic show so I was a little concerned, but so far everything's good I will update this review if it needs. So I went into my mechanic and they gave me a list of problems which I will be bringing back to CMC and we'll see what we can get done. We have a plan! So I brought the list of them and they said they can do everything except for wheel alignment because they don't do that they're not a problem. I dropped her off on Monday and pick her up on Wednesday that's the plan anyway. So here we are a week later. It took a long time for them to get the parts in and then a long time to get the car back to me. I brought it to my mechanics when everything was done to make sure everything was good, and some of the parts are installed incorrectly. I will be bringing the car back to them on Wednesday and hopefully we can get this solved. After a little bit of back and forth everything is perfect of the car. They did everything in their power to make it so. They were extremely patient, receptive to our concerns. I hope to be driving this car for a long time. But if I'm ever in the market for a new car I'll certainly return here.

Had a very great experience here! Juan was very kind and helpful and gave us all that we needed! The sales people were very helpful as well and did their best to give us the best deal. Love it definitely recommend!
