We recently purchased a 2027 Kia Telluride from Kendall Kia of Nampa, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, Daniel Torres and Sam Tenzin made the process smooth, transparent, and stress free. I especially want to give a shout out to Daniel. He was only two months into his sales career, but you never would have known it. He was personable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. He’s got a bright future ahead of him. Sam was just as great. He clearly explained all of the financing details, made sure we understood everything before signing, and never made us feel rushed. Where do I even begin? We went to the Kendall dealership well over a year ago looking for a new car or truck. We had the pleasure of meeting Scott. Life happened and we had to put our purchase on hold for a while. He checked in every so often about life, not just buying a car from him. Fast forward to this year and we were ready. Went back there and Scott went ABOVE and BEYOND, along with the Kendall team, to get me my brand new car that I’ve worked so hard for. Never felt so important and special at a dealership before.
