Kendall GMC of Nampa

I recently purchased a vehicle from Kendall GM Nampa, and even though I live in Texas, the entire process was absolutely seamless. Jason, the store manager, and Miles, my sales representative, were both incredible to work with. I told them exactly what I was looking for, and they found the perfect vehicle for me. Everything was handled over the phone and through email, and it was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made the distance irrelevant. I highly recommend this dealership—no matter where you live. They truly take care of their customers!

I brought my 3/4-ton GMC AT4 in for service and worked with Miss Debbie Finn. She was very nice, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. The dealership clearly listed every service my truck needed and even provided the pricing upfront, which I really appreciated. I’ve serviced my truck all over the country, and Kendall GMC is definitely at the top of that list. They got my truck in and out in just two hours, which was impressive. I will definitely be bringing my truck back and will ask for Miss Debbie again!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I brought my vehicle in expecting professional service, but it came back with more problems than it had when I dropped it off. Instead of fixing the issue correctly, the work created additional damage and left me with an even bigger headache. Engine now totalled. The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. Rather than taking responsibility and making the situation right, communication was poor and I was left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously. When you trust a dealership with your vehicle, you expect qualified technicians, quality workmanship, and honest customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how my vehicle was handled. If you're considering bringing your car here, I would NOT.

I bought a brand new Yukon from Kendall in 2022 and have serviced it only through them since then. It now has 100,000 miles on it, and I have had nothing but bad experiences with Kendall the entire time. Their service has been lackluster, and both the service and sales teams make it feel like they stop caring about you the second they sell you a vehicle. Recently, my 10 speed transmission stopped shifting past 1st gear and would not go into reverse. I brought it to Kendall at around 100,000 miles. For context, Kendall had already changed the transmission fluid at 75,000 miles. Their mechanic did not even take the transmission pan off. Instead, I was told they tested the fluid, found metal flakes, and claimed the fluid had never been changed, which is not true. Fernando, our service writer, did not send us pictures, proof, or any meaningful diagnostic information, even though we specifically asked them to remove the transmission pan and diagnose it further. Without proper diagnostics, Kendall told me I needed a $10,000 transmission. That price did not include labor or miscellaneous charges. I then took the Yukon to a transmission shop. They replaced the valve body screen for about $1,000, and that addressed the issue (An incredibly common issue Kendall should be, and probably is, aware of. There is service bulletin 22-NA-250 from GMC on the issue) Fernando apologized and told us he would have the service manager call us to try to earn our business back. The manager called after we reminded him he had not called us for over a week after the fact. I am incredibly disappointed in Kendall. They have shown me over and over again that they do not care about their customers. They care about selling cars. Once you own one, they throw you to the side. I will never again deal with them and recommend any potential new customers steer clear.
