These guys went above and beyond from the start of the process to finish. *They answered about 100 questions for me before I made my purchase, covered all the bases, and got me financed within minutes. *My sales rep, Jonny, gave me the option to text him directly for any questions at all- from warranty, financing, car specs, etc... *They even gave me 3 days to be 100% sure about my purchase with the option to return the car if I was not satisfied for any reason! *Also, Jonny brought the car to me fully detail cleaned with a full tank of gas, it's a 2021 Audi Q5, but it really feels like a brand new car!! *I appreciate Johnny, Christian (financing dept) and the whole gang there at Kendall for making my purchase smooth and helping me find the car that's perfect for my needs.
I had an awesome experience working with Sam Kirsch in Fleet Sales at Kendall Chevrolet. I was introduced to Sam through another salesman I work with, and from the start, the entire process was smooth, professional, and easy. Sam listened to exactly what I was looking for, showed me the right options without wasting time, and made sure I was seeing exactly what I wanted. He also went to work finding the best deal and made the entire buying process straightforward and enjoyable. Great communication, great follow-through, and a great overall experience. I would highly recommend Sam at Kendall Chevrolet for anyone looking for a vehicle!
I was traveling and had a mechanical failure on my 2014 Corvette. The service department took stellar care of me, very quickly, and had me back on the road within half a day. I was shocked at the speed and professionalism of my service advisor. Brayan took great care of me, fixed my problems and got me on the road to where I was going on time. It's unfortunate this dealer is so far from my home- I'd bring them way more business if I was closer!
I walked into this dealership genuinely interested in making a deal, but the entire experience left me feeling like they thought a sucker had just walked through the door. I drove my truck in because that was the vehicle I was considering trading. One of the first comments made about it was how “clean” it was. And it is. The truck has been extremely well cared for inside and out. The interior is just as clean as the exterior. While I was waiting, another guy came over and spent a good amount of time making small talk with me. Somehow the conversation turned to my Mustang. He kept asking me questions about it and showing me pictures of Mustangs they had there and performance work they had done. The strange part was that I didn’t drive my Mustang there. I drove the truck because that was the vehicle involved in the deal. I also wasn’t about to start digging through my phone trying to prove to somebody that I actually own a Mustang. Maybe it was innocent conversation, but it certainly felt like I was being sized up and qualified rather than simply treated like a customer who came in ready to buy. Meanwhile, I’m still sitting there waiting on the vehicle I actually came to see. Once we started talking about the deal itself, the whole thing began feeling even more like an old-school dealership routine: keep the customer waiting, move the conversation around, focus heavily on the monthly payment, and see how much bullshit they’re willing to accept before they start questioning the numbers. When I did question the deal, I was told that part of the issue was that my existing loan had a high interest rate. That explanation made absolutely no sense to me. The payoff is the payoff. Whatever interest rate I previously agreed to has nothing to do with the condition or market value of my trade. Bringing up my old interest rate felt more like an attempt to muddy the water than actually explain the deal. Especially considering their own employee had already looked at my truck and called it “clean.” I’ve worked in sales long enough to recognize when someone is trying to control a deal by keeping the customer focused on one piece of it instead of the entire picture. I didn’t walk into this dealership shopping for a monthly payment. I walked in looking for a fair deal. Give me a fair value for my trade. Give me the real cost of the vehicle. Answer my questions directly. If the numbers work, we shake hands and do business. It really doesn’t need to be more complicated than that. I don’t need 20 minutes of Mustang chit-chat. I don’t need to prove what else I have sitting in my garage. I don’t need unnecessary waiting, explanations about an old interest rate that has nothing to do with my vehicle’s value, or dealership theater designed to make a deal look better than it really is. Customers aren’t stupid. Maybe they thought the guy who pulled up in a truck was an easy mark. Maybe they were simply running their normal sales process. Either way, I walked in prepared to do business and walked out feeling like they tried to pull a fast one on the wrong guy. I wasn’t shopping for a payment. I was shopping for a fair deal. There’s a big difference.
In the past, I give this dealership five stars. In my attempts to buy a new car this month, they undervalued my trade-in to the point where I sold it to another dealer for $5,000 more than what they offered. This forces me to pay twice as much taxes on the new car that I wanted. We can call that low- balling or whatever the term is. Their offer was almost $3K lower than Blue book and black book. My 2021 Chevy Colorado still only had 4550 miles on it when I was trying to trade it in. We were doing a dealer trade for an equinox EV, and I was told the car would be at the dealer on Tuesday. today I've been told it's going to be Friday. I am now wishing to just buy another car from somewhere else, but I already put $1,000 on it with voucher. As far as I'm concerned they deserve this one star review. Not accepting my trade in for anywhere close to what it was worth will cost every customer that tries to go to them. Also, signing a voucher on a Wednesday should mean it, and they shouldn't wait 4 to 5 days to send a truck to go get it. I now have a family with one car, because it had to sell The pickup somewhere else and can't get the new vehicle for a week. I'm going to look for my previous five-star review and delete it.
