I recommend Nico. He is so friendly and nice. He is honest and straightforward. Even though I was presented with a different price than what we had previously agreed upon when I went to pick up the car, he handled the situation exceptionally well. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to complete the purchase under the exact terms we had originally set. Additionally, despite it being a brand-new car, there were some rock chips on it. He ensured they were repaired to look like new in a very short time and even provided a rental car of the same model and color—but in a higher trim—during the repair process. The entire journey from start to finish was smooth and hassle-free. I had heard many stories about how US dealerships involve constant haggling and power struggles, but thanks to Edmark Toyota and Nico, the experience was easy and stress-free

I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road. The awesome customer service I received was due to the help of the following people: Clint, AJ & Ray. They were exceptional on answering all my questions. I came back to the dealership about a dozen times(before I even purchased anything) to make sure I would be getting the truck I wanted. Everyone handled everything with a smile and professionalism. Clint was a true professional. He wanted to make sure I understand everything available to me. AJ spent a lot of time with me showing me how to use the technology. For an older person this can be challenging. I've come by several to have things explained to me. AJ never rushed me through my "learning curve". Edmark Toyota is lucky to have Clint, AJ & Ray represent Toyota. Janet Bartee

EDIT, 05/18/2026: Brought the car here for my 10k mile Toyota Care service and took a look under the hood to make sure everything was right. Found that my engine air filter was left unsecured and unclamped. This doesn't inspire confidence and I hope this is the only part of my car that was left in this state. Therefore I've reduced my rating from 4 to 3 stars. ORIGINAL POST: Based on my experience purchasing a new vehicle: There were no dealer adjustments, no add-on fees, no package deals in the initial price breakdown. The price you see online is what they present to you before tax, title and doc fees. They also have the lowest listing prices of any other Toyota dealers in the area. Sales staff weren't too pushy about warranties and extras, relatively speaking. Watch out for initially high interest, but it wasn't hard to talk down. They took a trade in vehicle that was in mechanically horrible condition and upside-down finance wise. They actually offered a very fair and reasonable trade value for it. Adam was a chill salesman to interact with. I didn't feel any pressure from him and he respected my boundaries negotiation-wise. Locating, test driving, and preparing the vehicle wasn't the smoothest experience but it wasn't a bother. They really want you to connect your phone/app to the car before you leave with it and talk you through the interface. Useful for older people, but a little redundant for younger customers like myself. All in all I would recommend this dealership to a prospective buyer.
