We drove 7 hours from Seattle to Boise to shop for a truck with our 20-year-old son, and after visiting several big-name dealerships throughout the day, we were starting to feel discouraged. We found a truck online at Corwin Ford Nampa, and even though it wasn’t exactly what my son had in mind, we decided to check it out. That’s when we met Rob—and everything changed. Rob introduced himself, really listened to what my son was looking for, and gave us space to browse without any pressure. He then mentioned a recently traded-in truck at another lot that might be a better fit. We went to take a look—and it was perfect. Exactly what my son wanted, right down to the price. The entire process took about 4 hours, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Even though we didn’t finish until around 9 pm and had a few issues on our end, Rob stayed patient, kind, and professional the entire time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and very thorough and fair with our trade-in. We also worked with Andy and Steve in financing, who made everything smooth and easy. We felt confident every step of the way buying a used vehicle. By the end of the night, my son drove away in an absolutely beautiful truck, and we couldn’t have been happier. This was hands down the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We would absolutely make the 7-hour drive again just to buy another vehicle from them.

I bought a truck and flew into Idaho from arizona because this dealership did not play games and they were very transparent. This was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Communication was fast, efficient, and straight to the point. Their willingness to work with me and even pick me up from the airport was an added bonus. The salesman that walked me through this process and gave me the best buying experience ever was Rob. Everyone leaves reviews when they have an issue but we forget that sometimes when service is above and beyond the norm, that we should let others know. I gave Corwin Ford the chance to earn my business, despite being 900 miles away and they knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended and they had the best pricing in the entire country! I was at the dealership from start to finish in under a half hour also which is unheard of. That goes to show you that this dealership operates like a well oiled machine.
