Honestly the best most personal experience I have ever had. I wanted to get my husband a nicer truck for his birthday & had been jerked around heavily the day before by a major dealer. My credits not perfect but not horrible and I had a firm game plan of my price range & what I was willing to pay monthly. We showed up on the lot and it was dead quiet and peaceful. They knew we were there but they didn't stalk our car or run to get to us. We browsed everything on their lot at our own pace with not a soul in sight. When we went inside it felt like a home. Patty was friendly and smiling & Vincent asked all the right questions to understand where we were at. He even went so far as to talk numbers with us before handing us keys on specific trucks to make sure it met all the right requirements. 2 trucks in we found our favorite. They cut us a fantastic deal and made the buying process quick and painless. Even walking away while we chatted to give us privacy to discuss. No pressure. No up selling. There for you and your needs. And they in house finance so we never dinged our credit once. This is where we will go. This is where I will send my kids, friends, family. Hands down a dream to work with.
