By the time we came into the dealership, it literally only took minutes to sign the paperwork and walk out the door. No long waiting. No pressure. Just efficient and organized. What really stood out was how kind and welcoming they were. Chance was even teaching his son while we were there, showing him the ropes and how to take care of customers the right way. Worst place to buy vehicles from they clear check engine lights!! We bought a 2011 Volkswagen Routan we test drive it ran just fine the following day the check engine light came on contacted them about took it to there mechanic like they said they again cleared the check engine light said they fixed what the code threw sent us on our way. Two days later the check engine light came back on! Took it back to there mechanic and the codes were more serious TRANSMISSION CODES!!! Chopper boys said they would help replace the transmission if we paid half we AGREED!! Days go on and no contact back! Now the van we bought keeps shutting off on us in in the middle of busy traffic very frustrating!! Couple weeks go by they offered to switch us out with another van AGREED AGAIN! Go to swap out the other van was a no go do to TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS!! they tried financing us into a more expensive vehicle test drove that vehicle cause at that point we were desperate for a good reliable vehicle, the check engine light came on on that vehicle told them about it and pretty much said we lied they went and cleared the code and said it was probably a bad battery is what threw the check engine light! I have multiple text messages and recorded voice calls with them to prove I’m not just making up a bad review I can keep going but I’m hoping this is enough information about my experience with CHOPPER BOYS AUTO SALES!!!! Sent a final message thanking them for taking our money and selling us there trash leaving us stranded and no reply from them!! PLEASE IF YOU ATTEMT TO BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THEM CHECK EVERYTHING OUT 100% BEFORE PURCHASING
