The manager isn’t very understanding to personal situations or willing to work with you regarding situations that come up that you need some grace with. She was very black and white with me when I needed more willingness to help me. But overall, Ashley and Mike r amazing and again, I appreciate their help and kindness.

I have purchased five vehicles from Combs over the last 20 years, but my experience with our two most recent purchases in March 2026 has been incredibly disappointing. The signing process was rushed, leaving us feeling pressured. We were led to believe we could adjust payment dates later, only to be told by staff that this was incorrect. Additionally, an extended warranty was added to my daughter’s paperwork without us ever discussing or requesting it. The most frustrating aspect, however, has been the consistently unprofessional behavior of Ashley. Every interaction with her has been demeaning; she is consistently rude, dismissive, and frequently interrupts me rather than attempting to help. The vehicle quality has also been poor. Less than 24 hours after purchase, my daughter’s door handle fell off, and we discovered a faulty tire sensor. When I called to address the door issue, I was met with more hostility from Ashley. Although the car was brought in for a "fix," the handle fell off again today—after being driven less than 150 miles since the repair. When I called to request a resolution, Ashley cut me off mid-sentence, refused to stand behind their work, and stated they would not fix it again. It is disheartening to drop $12,000 in down payments only to be treated like an inconvenience by someone who represents the company. I previously enjoyed calling the Nampa location to work with their friendly staff, but the current management of customer communication is poor. Combs should be concerned about the impression this individual is leaving on long-term customers. I hope for better quality and more professional service for others in the future.
