Went there to look at cars for my son and drove off with a beautiful 2016 Ford Taurus in great condition. Actually, all the cars on their lot look well maintained and in pristine condition, they had the best selection of used cars I’ve ever seen and our sales man, Samuel, was fantastic. He had us in & out of there faster than I’ve ever been when buying a car. I will definitely go back again when buying a used car, for both the selection and the service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just bought my new car. Sam was super awesome. He made my wife and I laugh and made us feel so comfortable. This experience was the best. Never felt so welcome. Sam is by far the best in town. I wish I could say more about Sam. We just really enjoy him and his company. And he is very honest about everything we asked.
I purchased a vehicle from Auto Sales Boise about 14 days ago, and the car developed a serious issue with the lower control arm. Specifically, the bushings broke, which made the vehicle practically unusable. I went back to the dealership to look for a solution, since the problem happened very shortly after the purchase. However, I was told they could not take responsibility and that once a vehicle leaves the lot, they do not offer any guarantee on its condition. I understand that used cars can have wear and tear, but I find it concerning that such a serious issue occurred within less than two weeks of normal use. Additionally, no help or alternative solution was offered. I am sharing this experience so other buyers can make a more informed decision before purchasing here.
DO NOT travel to this dealership without getting every detail in writing — learn from my expensive mistake. I flew from California to look at a Ford Transit Connect. Before booking my flight I spoke with their team TWICE. Not once — not a single mention — of the massive spider web crack covering the entire moonroof glass. Not once did they mention the unrepaired front right body damage that was clearly visible the moment I walked up to the vehicle. When I specifically asked about the Carfax accident on the front right, I was told it was “probably just an insurance claim that got fixed.” That was misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Nothing was fixed. The damage was still there. The pre-purchase inspection revealed even more hidden problems — a transmission fluid leak at the front axle and a dead battery. Replacing the moonroof glass alone? $2,850 just for the part. Not labor. The part. When I called the owner and laid out everything I found, he didn’t apologize, didn’t take responsibility, and refused to negotiate to a fair price. His position was essentially — not my problem. I spent over $1,000 flying out here based on their misrepresentation. I left with nothing. This dealership knew about these issues. The vehicle had been inspected at a Ford dealer two months prior. There is no world where a shattered moonroof and a leaking transmission go unnoticed by a professional dealer. Save yourself the time, money and frustration. Go somewhere that respects buyers enough to be honest about what they’re selling, tread with caution.
Went to go test drive two cars we seen on their website. He was aware of that too, he let us drive one, and then got back and said “have a good day” we didn’t get to look at any others. Beforehand he also asked me if I was ready to buy that day. I told him I have the money available I’m just not going to rush and buy a car. He DID NOT like when I said that. It was all just weird to me that’s why I’m positing this. Also anyone could steal the vehicles he leaves the keys in every single one of them. My opinion that’s sketchy.
