My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles from these guys . They are great to work with I flew in from out of town to pick up the vehicles on a Saturday and we left the lot driving both vehicles, on Sunday we had overheating issues with the BMW X5 so we took it back to the lot on Monday and Roy was awesome about helping us and got it right in to be fixed and it was ready on Tuesday. I highly recommend this car lot they are great to deal with, when you purchase a used car they are sold as is, when you leave the lot anything can happen, Roy didn’t have to fix it and pay for it but he did. Tried to get a car from them after doing research. They wanted around $3000 over blue book. They argued it was listed at blue book and I was searching it wrong. So I sent them screenshots. Then they answered with, "The book value doesn’t really matter to us. We can wait longer. Good luck in your search". Not impressed with the salesman. Update: I feel I acted on impulse on my first review. I was off put with the salesman. But in fairness the car is, in a way special in a Volvo way. Maybe if the price drops closer to somewhere in the middle between the $8k offered and the $12995 priced(now $11995) we can make a deal. You get a car sold thats been sitting for awhile and I get a car. In the end we are both happy.

Bought a $9,000 car through them and have paid over $9,000 in repairs and haven’t even owned the car for a full year. It’s very obvious they clear codes before selling and did nothing to fix the problems or do any necessary upkeep other than cleaning before putting it on the market and before being a reliable purchase. $4,000 Broken clutch, clutch kit replacement, $3,000 sensor replacement, broken A/C, oil pressure light on, tire pressure sensor broken, coolant issues, started burning oil, multiple lights went out and didn’t replace windshield wipers. Small upkeep repairs that were neglected and are causing me thousands of dollars. No issues were mentioned about the condition of the vehicle, even after being asked multiple times about the condition of the engine and the clutch and after using the little knowledge I have with cars to verify myself. They did nothing to protect me as a customer or to protect their reputation as a dealership. Not to mention the first issue arises not even a week of having the car and after asking them to help with the situation, they were very hesitant and uncooperative. I would recommend doing thorough research on the vehicle before buying if considering them as an option. I could’ve been smarter and more patient when purchasing but to my knowledge the car ran good and looked well and they took advantage by not disclosing important issues about the car that I would directly be dealing with. Only options I have left are to continue dumping an absurd amount of money to keep reliable transportation, try to sell at a ridiculous $9,000 again to clear my loan or bury myself into another one.
