Came to Servco to sell a vehicle. Working with Kailee & Jeff has been the best selling experience I have ever been through! Kailee was patient with our questions, and when it came time to do the appraisal on our vehicle she made the process very quick and easy. We felt very comfortable with the service and her demeanor. Once we settled on some numbers, Jeff stepped in and helped us complete the paperwork. And like true Servco fashion, Jeff was extremely patient with us as we had to sift through documents that were needed to complete the sell and let us know about important information we needed to be prepared for. There was not much back and forth, and no hard questions, feelings and it didn’t feel like it was a chore of a selling process. They will work with you on a fair deal that you’ll definitely be happy so walk (or drive) away with, I believe it’s their MO! Overall this went through very smoothly and quicker than I expected.
