Went to check out their unique cars and a salesman there gave us a tour and detailed info of each car we were fascinated with. Love the private collection and showroom too. Can’t wait to buy one one day soon.
Got approved for a car in hours. Got a good ride. Pleasant experience. Didn't take all day.
Purchased a JDM import kei vehicle day of, with cash. Salesman informed me that the car had been driven semi-regularly since they have had it in their inventory, and they marked the price down because they needed to make more room on the lot. Only recent maintenance was allegedly new spark plug installation. After months of diagnosing and waiting on parts to be delivered from Japan, I found a severe engine issue which will cost a ton of money and time to repair. Buying a busted car as-is is one thing, but being lied to about the car’s mechanical history is another.
Bought my 2009 rav4 had it for 3 weeks and it was already having transmission issues, I spoke to one of the guys working here and he said oh damn that sucks. Im sorry damn that sucks??? Like come on now how are you guys going to just roll along selling broken cars to people.
I bought a 2013 Prius C from them. Within the first week 4 lights (brake, ABS, traction control, (!)) lit up. I had to wait 2 weeks for Toyota to look at it because my OBD2 reader wasnt showing any codes. The dealership found the code (using TechStream) and is quoting $4400 for parts and labor. The main problem is that this issue was first found out 6 months prior to me buying the car! The dealership informed the previous owner. Autoland never mentioned this problem during the car buying process. Autoland has yet to respond to any of my emails. This review will be updated if they ever do respond. Update: Autoland claimed didn't know about this problem because they do not have the Toyota's Tech Stream to properly check history of previous codes. They couldn't do anything for me as I bought the car "as is". I would be cautious about buying any Toyota from them that needs TechStream to properly check any fault codes that have been cleared out and not fixed. I highly doubt they didnt know about the problem.
