Great customer service with Aloha! Our experience of going to this car lot was awesome. We went to the car that we were interested in, looked it over and I noticed that the sales rep was just waiting patiently. I then approached him and he introduced himself to us as Daniel (Sales Rep). He's very friendly, helpful & respectful, answered our questions, asked if we wanted to test drive the car and we were off. Car drove very well and we were satisfied with the performance. Met Daniel to do the necessary paperwork then we were introduced to Christy (Finance Manager). She was very friendly and very helpful too. Christy made the financial process easy and made sure that we were satisfied with the numbers. If you're looking for a car dealership that is friendly and very helpful that will put you in a car that you want, I would highly recommend checking out this dealership. I usually don't get my work vans from a dealership, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. Rooty was super helpful and got me a sweet deal. I didn't even have to deal with the DMV and those crazy lines. Rooty handled everything. Plus, he's just an awesome dude.
