He made the entire process of getting my new 2026 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road, and a huge part of that was thanks to Lazar and Blake. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and helped make what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. Says that JN has acknowledged this review. Why is it that no one answers, calls back etc…… BUT, I still have the problems, including manufacturers. Can’t answer or return my calls. Acknowledged or ignored? You folks have my number and I’ve left messages, text and emails. Acknowledged, but not corrected! Having manufacturer problems . Rust on door(said they won’t fix rust on a new truck),glitch on screen, remote not working properly(also button on door)locks but doesn’t open, app sometimes works, molding keeps coming off, sunroof, hum/vibration from rear or trans( not sure), stain on window, electrical problems. This all does not include reimbursement ( for missing antenna)or detailing (for overspray-(twice)all over truck/glass). AND OR ORIGINAL DAMAGES! P.S. this does not include other repairs, already looked at or “sort” of repaired. There are a some negative reviews but I can relate, understand and been there. They’re not lieing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Have read and found that I’m not the only one who is/has gone thru these problems. Buy and paid in full to receive truck(delivered to my home) damaged. Upon delivery, asked salesman Lazar, what about the dents/damage. He said we’ll talk about it later. (Was in a rush to leave). Sent text with photo of damages to manager Jason Hattori, said to bring it in, which I did. Upon showing Jason, Lazar came out of show room saying the damage wasn’t there when he left the lot. Upon delivery, damage was there before Lazar left and before I ever touched the truck. Figure Lazar seeing and knowing of the damages, he admitted(why say talk about it later?) Bought with 10 miles on the truck, delivered with 24. Don’t live 14 miles away. Upon tracking, why was my truck in an area it shouldn’t have been in. While in repair, tracking showed truck movement. Assumed they used the truck for lunch as about an hour later, tracking notified me of the trucks movement, again! OnStar! By the time I picked up my truck, it now had closer to 54 miles on it. Ok, was sort of repaired. Very poor work was done and when it came back from first repair, there was now overspray on inner door sill. Jason claimed it from manufacturer. Took truck to outside paint/repair shop. They claimed it was poor work. Didn’t clean surface before spraying(Door sill). Outside shop said that they don’t fix other peoples f up. Take it back, have the dealership fix it! Asked me why is there so much dirt/dust in the paint. JN repair shop took it in again to attempt to fix(poor work done). Truck came back. Now, not only poor work done. Gash went to a wave in door couple inches from original gash. Now, door would not close correctly( where overspray damage was on inner door ). Left truck to have door fixed. Took 10 days to fix. Asked Jason what was the problem? Had to adjust the hinge. Took 10 days to adjust 2 screws. Truck had now been in shop about total of 24 days, total. Upon picking up the truck, found other damages. Sunroof has damage to it. Antenna went missing. Jason never paid for it like he said he would. Truck has overspray all over it. They JN claims I’m hard to please. If it came back the first time in good condition, I’d have nothing to please or to complain about. Each time it went in/back for repairs, it came back worst or with more/new problems. Deceptive dealership! Agree to a price(it’s too late now)find price was increased by $50.more than what I agreed upon. ETC. ETC. ETC. ETC.( there’s more). Upon reading other reviews, IM not the only one. DO NOT RECCOMED THIS DEALERSHIP. TAKE YOUR CHANCES IF YOU DO. Jason asked me to write a good review. Told him maybe I better not as I can’t/don’t lie. Might be better if I don’t write a review. BUT I am/did now! Nothing has been resolved. Just over 8 months and counting.

I had several issues at this shop. Starting with my service advisor quit in the middle of my service and the communication was subpar due to the fact I had to call several times to fine the status of my vehicle. I explained the issue with my vehicle but they decided to ignore the details and charge $500 to replace the battery. That didn't fix the issue so I took it back and finally they fixed the issue I told them the first time. So I pickup my vehicle and it has a tire mark rub all thru the back finder and now I'm still waiting to see how they are going to explain this. Wow!🤔
