This is the absolute best yards I have ever been in. Easy to locate the vehicle that you are needing. Pretty good return policy and most things (exception of electronics)have a 60 day warranty. The Ladies that work there are helpful and pretty damn cool. Ms. Donna is the head and she is pretty dang awesome. They have several other locations in Ga. and Bama.

I don't always visit the PNP, but when I do, the people there are always friendly & up front about pricing. They usually have the vehicle I need to pull from in stock and with Google on my side, I'm in and out within the hour or two. Great overall experience. Vehicles are always safely mounted but just watch out for the rocks on the way to your car.....its an "occupational hazard" anytime you walk the lot, but those rocks are an "Ankle Rolling" waiting to happen. Either way, bring your tools, hydration and maybe even a pop-up tent if you KNOW this wont be a quickie....Have at it!!!

Pricing is very fair. Very nice and clean. Cars are not picked clean. If you have time and patience more than likely you can find exactly what you need. Girls at the front were nice and friendly. We pulled an alternator, cost less than $35 out the door with a 60 day warranty. FYI make sure your tools are in a bag that they can see all the way to the bottom from the top (no pockets). Only downside is the gravel is very large. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes!

This is a warning for new customers cause I know the people who come in here all the time already know.... Pretty sure all the good posts about her "paid" reviews. I have been coming here since y'all opened your doors. I’ve given this place more than one chance, and the experience is consistently disappointing and aggravating all because of Kelsey. Every time I come in, she acts like I am a burden and that I'm interrupting her day just by walking in the door. Then greeted with nothing but hate and attitude. It's even worse when I get her on the phone. There’s a clear attitude problem here and I'm sick of it. How does management not see this, which tells me they allow it. Shame. And even worse why did they even put her into this spot knowing most of the customers don't like her? The other girls are great! Never had an issue with any of them. But unfortunately, there’s no effort to be helpful or even polite from kelsey. Instead, you’re met with impatience and an unwelcoming tone that makes you feel like you shouldn’t even be there. It really makes me question management’s decision to put someone like her in a leadership role who lacks even basic customer service skills. Which reminds me, why get rid of the guy before her? He was the absolute best to deal with! A manager should set the tone for the business like he did, but her tone is only pushing customers away by acting like she is mad we made her work. But you can definitely tell she is a brown noser when she is outside helping the boss lady, but when it comes to helping us customers, her mood definitely changes for the worst. Until that changes, I won’t be coming back. I also have 3 other coworkers who are refusing to come in as well anymore because of her! I'd rather pay full price online than have to deal with her anymore. Management please do better!
