On June 12, 2026 I picked my vehicle up from Five Star Chevrolet and paid $2700.00, my GM warranty covered an additional 900.00 for repairs to my fuel injection system and a catalytic converter. On July 9th I noticed my vehicle running rather loudly and the engine light came on. A scan of my vehicle showed a code for a catalytic converter which should have been repaired and covered under GM warranty at 100% when I picked up my vehicle less than a month earlier. I contacted the dealership immediately, left a message and received a call back from my advisor Shamon. She made on appointment for me to bring the vehicle in on July 18, I live an hour away from the dealership. I went in and found that it was the catalytic converter and the part had to be ordered and wouldn't be in until Tuesday July 21. I made another appointment to bring my vehicle in on July 31 at 9:30 am for repairs and was told that it would take 3 hours. Shamon said that she wouldn't be there but ask for "Sheen". I dropped my vehicle off on July 31 at 9:30 am with Sheen however Shamon was there again I was told it would be done in 3 hours. I left the dealership and received a call from Shamon around 1 pm stating that my vehicle was ready then she immediately called back and said it wasn't ready she thought that it was my vehicle. She also said that Sheen would call me when it was ready. At 4 pm (3 hours later) I called Shamon because I hadn't heard from the dealership, she said that she was calling Sheen and she'd call me back. She called me back and said that my vehicle would be ready in an hour. At 5 pm I went back to the dealership and spoke with Jonathan who was very helpful. He told me that he had no idea that my vehicle was even there and that Shamon left at 1 pm and Sheen left at 4 pm and that my vehicle would not be finished until MONDAY! I explained to him that I'd been in Warner Robins all day for a 3 hour repair that should have been taken care of June 12 and I needed a vehicle to go home. He went to talk the the GM and came back apologized and said that he could complete the repair by 6 pm but I would have to come back for the recalls. There are NO recalls for my vehicle I'm not sure why I was checked in for that service. At 6 p.m. Jonathan met me in the bay with my vehicle and helped me to put my belongings into it while still apologizing for the unprofessional service that I received from this dealership and it's advisors. Through all of this I should have been OFFERED a vehicle on July 18, when I had to bring mine back in for repairs that should have been completed on June 12. It was a total disaster as I was treated unfairly, with no respect as a customer and for my time. I don't plan on coming back to this dealership AGAIN!
