I purchased my car cash, a 2011 Nissan Juke. Right away, I had to spend $295 for tires and an alignment. And I get the “As Is” things but great service and customer relations should matter. Well, the car has a recall on it, not their fault, I took it in only to see that it has a valve cover gasket leak, something that the Nissan dealership says had to be known. It need shocks and struts! I was so excited and proud of myself for purchasing a car cash and now I have to pay the same exact amount I paid for the car to get all the repairs done. I think they need to do better work on their vehicles before selling them! I see why they don’t let you test drive alone! But I love my little car and will do the repairs based on the most important one first. If I wasn’t a little mechanically inclined or have family that works on cars, I’d probably be highly upset! But I do love my little car, just hate that they don’t stand behind their vehicles simply bc they don’t charge dealership fees. But hey!
