Genesis of Macon

I had a great experience working with Atun at Genesis. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step of the process clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Atun made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. He was responsive, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. His excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, helpful, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Atun. Thank you for making my Genesis purchase such a great experience!

He jumped through hurdles to help me and I’m very satisfied!!! 10 toes dine I highly recommend Samuel Glass top tier salesman

We had a great experience getting our car today. Our salesman Atun was a big help in getting us in the right vehicle and I would recommend anyone who visits this location to ask for him.

Purchased my vehicle on 4/29/26. During the financing process there was paperwork missed. Had to resign documents multiple times. Went to get my permanent tag and was informed I wasn’t even on the vehicle. The dealership had put my license number in wrong and was showing a complete stranger and my husband as the temp owners. Had to call to get that corrected and get an extension for my temp tag. Tried to call and email to check the status of the permanent tag. Was told on the call it was being checked into and they would call back, but they never called. They didn’t even bother to respond to any emails. Went on 7/13/26 to try to get my tag again and was informed the dealership still had not finalized the paperwork to show us as the owners. Had to go back to the dealership to get another temp tag because the tag office is only allowed to do one extension for a temp tag. Couldn’t even get the man we were told we needed to see to speak to us. He just sent an assistant back and forth with information. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever gone through!
