It was actually a wonderful experience. I was greeted immediately by my Service Advisor, Autumn. She came out to the Service drive with me and did a complete intake of my vehicle. In a short period of time she arranged a ride home for me. The driver was Ollice. A wonderful intelligent young man. I was confident having professional dealership techs diagnose and repair my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I was kept informed during the process and the actual cost was lower than that quoted. The dealership service area is very clean and absolutely beautiful. Autumn did a wonderful job and again thanks to Ollice. I'm a completely satisfied customer. Great job Five Star Hyundai !!!

Today was my first time visiting ALM Hyundai of Macon. I had the privilege of being serviced today by Amber Dennard. Amber was a breathe of fresh air to work with. Amber was personable, professional and customer friendly. Amber helped me to decide what car was best to fit my needs. The Sales Manager Rocko sealed the deal by providing vital information that I will benefit from in the future. The Finance Manager Jo Jo provided Awesome services , breaking down all of the documents that I needed to sign. Jo Jo made the final steps of the process smooth and by doing so saved me in the end as well. Amber, Roco and Jojo made me feel like apart of the business instead of a being a visitor on the premises. This Team worked so sufficient together, it made shopping a pleasure. I can honestly say that purchasing a car from this dealership has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made in my adult life. I traded in my vehicle and paid cash for another vehicle, yet nearly two months later I still cannot legally drive it because the dealership has failed to provide me with the title or another temporary tag. My original temporary tag expired over a month ago, leaving me with a vehicle that I cannot register or put on the road. I’ve made numerous phone calls and repeatedly asked for help, but I continue to get the runaround with no meaningful resolution. This situation has caused me significant financial hardship. I’m paying for a vehicle that I cannot legally use, and it has disrupted my daily life, work, and personal responsibilities. The stress and uncertainty have also taken a serious toll on my mental well-being. At this point, I believe I have exhausted every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter directly with the dealership. My next steps are to file formal complaints with the appropriate state regulatory agency and the Better Business Bureau, and to consult with an attorney regarding my legal options. If anyone else has experienced similar issues with this dealership—such as delays in receiving a title, registration, or temporary tag—I would appreciate hearing from you. I would like to connect with others who may have had the same experience so we can better understand whether this is an isolated incident or part of a larger pattern. Consumers deserve honesty, transparency, and timely service—especially after spending their hard-earned money. No customer should have to endure weeks of uncertainty, financial burden, and emotional distress simply to receive the documents needed to legally drive a vehicle they purchased.
