ALM Mazda Macon

I was in the market for my second Mazda purchase this year, and after a less-than-stellar experience with my local dealership, I decided to reach out to ALM Mazda of Macon, even though it was about 2.5 hours away. From the start, Ryan Huntsman made the process incredibly easy. He didn't ask for the numbers from my local dealership or play any games. Instead, he presented an aggressive offer that simply couldn't be beat. When I arrived at the dealership, I was fully expecting the typical last-minute surprises or changes to the deal. To my surprise, I received exactly the deal we had agreed upon over the phone, no hidden fees, no pressure, and no surprises. From test drive to signing paperwork, I was in and out in less than two hours. This was hands down the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. If you're in the market for a Mazda, I highly recommend ALM Mazda of Macon and Ryan Huntsman.

I recently had some recall oriented maintenance performed on my 2024 CX-90. The process was basically flawless. Attention to detail and communication via the service personnel was very admirable. The staff worked sincerely and earnestly to address any concerns I had. If your Mazda requires service, I highly recommend ALM Mazda, Macon, Georgia service department. They earned their five star rating in proper fashion.

Excellent experience. The women who helped check me in were knowledge and friendly. I had an appointment, and they were on time!!! (HUGE plus in my book.) My oil change was fast, and they sent me a text and a video when my car was ready. All around great experience. Note: Strange entry as the entrance says Dodge & Jeep. Mazda is there but on the far left when you turn in. Was a little weird. Let your light shine a bit more, Mazda. You're awesome.

Complaint Against: ALM (Atlanta Luxury Motors) – Macon Location Date of Purchase: January 30, 2026 Vehicle: 2022 Ram Rebel I am filing this complaint regarding an unresolved title and registration issue with ALM in Macon. On January 30, 2026, I purchased a 2022 Ram Rebel from ALM. As of today, the dealership has still not completed my title paperwork. Because of this delay, my original temporary tag has already expired, and the extended temporary tag that was issued will expire next week. I have contacted the dealership multiple times regarding this issue and have spoken with an employee named Julie. Each time I reach out, I am told that there is no update or that she has contacted corporate but has not received a response. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, no progress has been made and I have not been provided with my title or confirmation that the paperwork has been properly filed. This situation has placed me at risk of being unable to legally operate the vehicle that I purchased in good faith. It is unacceptable that more than two months after the purchase, the dealership has still not completed the required title documentation. I am seeking one of the following resolutions: 1. Immediate completion and filing of my title and registration paperwork before my temporary tag expires next week, or 2. A full refund of the purchase and the ability to return the vehicle. I respectfully request that ALM address this matter promptly and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
