I Deborah purchased a vehicle about 8 months ago. At the time I had slow credit. This dealership went way beyond there means,to get me approved. In fact they did everything to make sure I got financed. They assisted me to the fullest. I now am a very proud owner of my 2015BMW that I dearly love. All the staff were always very helpful. I give them my highest respect for they are there to serve you. So those negative reviews you need to look at your self. They at Five Points are AWESOME.
Five points auto sales is a fantastic car dealership they been around for a while. They specialize in high quality, unusual and special imports. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Kevin really knows his cars well, you won't find a better used car dealer than Five points auto sales.
Purchase a Dodge minivan from them Cindy is really nice and polite had trouble with the car the first 3 weeks radiator went out along with heater not working I was told I guessed by the owner that I had to pay for the repairs but I've only had the car 3 weeks I understand it's a buy here pay here a lot but most people would take care of that for their customer I would rather lose my down payment than to deal with people like that they have no integrity I would definitely recommend you find somewhere else to buy a vehicle
Bought car here on the 10th of May, didn't even make it home. Owner stated it was my problem, would not refund my money, told me it was my problem. Then he had the nerve to deposit my 1200. dollar check. I had already stopped payment on it. Gave him back his keys and told him where his piece of junk was. He still won't return my money After he got his car back, someone who said they were from 5 points auto hadthe nerve to call and said I owed them 1200 dollars and they have the car on their lot. You can't drive a car if the steering wheel won't work.
