I had a good overall experience and I am happy with my vehicle. Thomas was my sales guy. He was very attentive and sent me a video of the vehicle. I had never bought a vehicle without seeing it in person. I was very nervous but they made the experience a good one. They went over the Carfax and talked about the details of the vehicle. It was delivered the same day I signed the purchase agreement. The delivery drivers were also very friendly. I recommend the dealership.

Previously I wrote a scathing review. I let my frustrations override my feelings. I have dealt with Chad Pearson every time I use the service department. I had to have a turbo replaced on my daughter’s GLA 250. After picking it up, the engine light came on and the car was running really bad. This was on a Friday. I called to speak with Chad and he was unavailable. I was told they did not do diagnostic on Saturday and I’d have to bring the car back the following week. If you don’t know a turbo replacement is a very expensive repair. To add salt to my wound I live an hour away. So this news really set me on fire. I wrote a review out of anger. Chad reached out to discuss my concerns. After talking with Chad he had a loaner car delivered to my house. Had my car driven back to do a diagnostic. They found the issue and repaired it at ZERO cost to me. Chad had tge car delivered back to me and the loaner car was driven back to the dealership. That’s what I call customer service. The honesty and integrity shown by Chad changed my attitude. I can admit and own my mistakes. The last review was a big mistake and I have a lot of egg on my face! Thank you Chad!

Deanandra May was a fantastic salesman during my vehicle purchase. Deanandra was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions and did his research to answer them thoroughly. He provides customer service without the pressure you get at so many other car dealerships and from other salespeople.

Trying to make a deal over the internet,phone and text with this dealer for a used truck. Gianna Hernandez was non responsive and passed it to the manager Jack Calhoun. I countered a price and he was a tad higher. I asked for him to throw in delivery. Said $1400 then $900 then said he couldn’t throw it in. I then split the difference of our 2 numbers and he said he couldn’t that his price was his price. I said I’d pass on it that I wasn’t willing to pay that price right now. Instead of just being polite and professional he got childish and said I’d wasted my time and that I was an amateur etc. Not professional was my opinion of them and they represent the dealership. Too many good dealers to shop at this one.
