I had an issue with my software system for almost 2 months and was seen in a timely manner. They helped me find an Appt around my busy schedule. I was greeted kindly and everyone was great. They were able to fix my software issue. I can’t remember their names but shout out to the girl and guy in service and the guy who greeted me at the door. I’ll be using you guys for the duration I’m in Georgia :-)

My experience experienced a deal falling through due to the GM Marty requiring a warranty product by a third-party platform being included in all car sales. As told to me, this dealership purchases this product and places them on all cars. Of course as a customer we can't confirm or deny if the product is applied or not because you are not apart of that process. However, I did my own research and contacted the third-party company myself. While creating multiple scenarios of what or how one would benefit from the different packages, the product was not anything I needed. I came to purchase a car, not a warranty for fabric cleaning, paint replacement, lost key replacement, windshield claims, tire claims, etc. This dealer wants $2000 to $3000 added into your final sale and thats absurd to me. If you like that, that's you. For me, that's what I have insurance for. I flew from Florida to Georgia and had to have family drive me to Macon and my two stars are for Kendra and Anthony. Anthony was one of the best salesperson. So standing on business and attempting to be stern over $734, taxes not done properly, buyer's agreements sent to my bank, then blamed me saying I consented to the higher price, Marty allowed a vehicle to remain on the lot that has been there over 100 days for $734. $20,000+ he let walk out the door. Didn't even attempt to offer another vehicle to show if he was the pure exemplary example of a GM or salesman. My family member wanted a car as well, but didn't even mention it watching how i was treated. I feel bad for that team there. Hopefully Volkswagen will do some coaching soon.
