Came in today on a mission slightly stressed but the guys here at the riverdale location helped me out and made search for new car smooth and quicker than I expected

They were very helpful, nice and kind at the dealership. I did have to go to a different lot to pick up my vehicle. When I got to the lot, I should’ve known something was up because I smelled a lot of some type of cleaning chemical which turned out to be a whole lot of WD-40 or Brake Oil to cover up the fact that the brakes were completely gone and scrubbing so I asked for a manager to give me a call which it is going on 30 days and no one has given me a call besides someone asking for money I had to figure it out on my own. It could’ve hurt me and my kids, but that doesn’t matter as long as they get their money. I move past that issue because I was able to correct it on my own but now the vehicle is running hot the check engine light is on and it saying power steering. The tire has been going flat since day one as well and at this point, I’m tired of asking for a manager to reach out and help correct this issue and I am just going to return the car because they are not going to help and I don’t need this going on my credit the whole purpose of me going to them in the first place so at the end of the day, I feel like it was a total loss and they finessed me out of a whole lot of money before Christmas
