Lake City is our Go-To place to buy cars! They are great to work with, and Dean the salesman looked out for our best interests. He's absolutely great. The cars are in great condition. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Well I'm on my fifth car from this dealership. I've had to do some work to my vehicles just regular maintenance. But you know the service and the vehicles must be good for me to have purchased five within a 4-year time frame. The truth of the matter is that I recommend this dealership to all my friends and people that I know that are looking to start over.
They just scammed my husband out of $350 repo fee !!! DONNNNOT SHOP HERE !!! I verbally heard them in person when he bought the car state that if he is ever late there is a 10day grace period my husband gets paid literally at 3:30 pm on that tenth day and in the morning they drove another car with the spare key to his job hopped in his car and took it !! Then when he called and asked y they took the car he was paying it on that “tenth grace period day” they said it’s his fault they don’t have to give no grace periods WELL Y THE HELL WOULD YOU TELL CUSTOMERS THAT? I am in the life insurance business and we have a lot of customers that I was referring to them NEVER AGAIN !! $350 repo fee when you didn’t even tow it ! He had 85 miles of gas left in his car too btw when he got it today it was only 30 !! They are janky don’t recommend! The only reason he was late because the goddamn fuel pump went out !! Which was already and when he purchased the vehicle!!! Yall are sick and karma ain’t fair 👌
Salvage none of there cars work straight trash I tried to by a car they couldn’t even get the car to work don’t recommend straight rip off
They reset the batteries and the check engine light don't come on until after you done signed the contract no refunds really. They didn't really have any really dependable cars to choose from. The jeep I got from there not even a month ago I been putting money into it since the second day. I don't think Deon should be there he has way better customer service skills and the most honest and helpful than anyone there and the manager is rude to him and the customers...
