Always works with me. They try to keep the customers satisfied. Had to do an update. I've been going through a really rough patch. I did buy an older car which is expected to have some issues. The staff not only worked with me on my late car payments but they also do everything they can to fix my car. Reading these reviews I can see the issues but from my experience they have always tried to help. Yes always do ur research. My car is known for issues and it's older but like I said they always try to help and even offered worse case scenarios. And yes the man can seem to have an attitude but he is sweet so I think its just his tone. You do right by then they do right by you. Communication!! Thank you Jerry, Dawn, and Wanda y'all are the best.
I bought my car from here in 2007,, great car,, decent prices. Everyone very nice. Family oriented,, work with you in every way possible to put you in a car. I recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out. I will shop with them as long as I live in Atlanta.
I wish I could give no stars. I would never recommend anyone getting a vehicle here. Not even an enemy. There mechanics are worthless I bought my car March 2017 and it’s been in the shop every other month. My driver side tire had one brake pad on it. Rotors were rusted and wore down after a month. 02 sensor went bad within a week. They also have not been reporting my payments to the credit bureau. Worst car dealership ever. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR MY NEXT VEHICLE.
Extremely rude and judgmental employees. I’m searching for a car and my friend suggested I try this place just to be disappointed. I literally walked into this place and asked to see a car. The man then proceeded to tell me he can’t because he wanted to make sure I can afford the car first. I feel very disrespected this is the only place I have gone that has ever told me anything like this. Why would I let you run my credit without making sure I actually like/want a car off your lot. I would not recommend to anyone. They are definitely trying to scam you out your money.
