Sold me a car that can't be registered! No paperwork or bill of sale! Went silent once paid in full. Left me with a temp tag and claimed to have ordered a new title. The tag has since expired and they refused to acknowledge the sale of the car. Although they do know the person whom took my money with no problem!

This place is DANGEROUS if you value your life or anyone you love proceed with GREAT CAUTION. I'd been shopping around for a car, for my father; someone had recently destroyed his Toyota. We found a Ford C-Max, we accepted the offer and we make it 8 minutes down the road, Check-Engine light comes up... We turn around, their mechanic comes out, was under the hood for a minute looking around, cleared the code and assured us we were all fine. Danny's seen the messages but they've just completed GHOSTED us. I have yet to hear back at all as of writing. They will NOT honor the 300 mile courtesy warranty stated when we purchased it, we were deceived into purchased an unsafe vehicle. When we were nearly home, Check-Engine light comes on again. I get home and scan the car, it has the check engine light code & 3 ABS-Hybrid system codes. The BRAKING system is the fault; they sold a vehicle to us that needs the braking system repaired before it can be safe to drive. This has been an enormous amount of stress, time, and money and if you value any of those for yourself, I would strongly suggest you shop ELSEWHERE because it appears they couldn't care less if your brakes were BAD as you drive out of their lot with the car they sold you. He's been battling cancer for years and if his own car kills him I can not imagine the level of pissed off. Don't die, shop for individuals or something, NOT HERE. Having to have a Ford technician go over a vehicle & do repairs on the brakes can be very costly. :(

Came to see a beater Toyota. Called 2x in the couple days prior explaining that I was driving an hour to see it and wanted to know if anything was wrong with it before I made the drive. They assured me both times it was crystal clean, nothing wrong, not a thing. Not 5 minutes after I get there they tell me offhand the battery sucks and it was at the mechanic for the last few days and they “don’t know” if it was fixed. Turns out the car doesn’t even start—battery is totally dead. Front two seatbelts don’t work at all. Avoid them and their cars. This is the kinda place that gives dealers bad names.
