Ej's Auto World of Winter Haven

This was my first vehicle purchase and they made the car buying process easy. They were able to get my car financed for me at a rate that fit my budget. They were very patient and kind with me while helping me to understand the whole process. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a car with little to no hassle.

Best car dealership in town...Family owned, Very Clean and very friendly staff come check them out and drive off in a nice car!!! Come see Tony or Randi Best People all around!!!! The owner is very nice man as well!!!! Come check them out!!!!!!

I had a great experience. These people are like family now helped me when I ran into some bumps but was able to help me get into a car I can afford thank you EJ and Randy thank you your are great to me and my family good job

I went here with my father ( I’m 18 and have never bought a car) and they seemed very nice. I told them my price range and they Showed me a car that seemed very optimal for me. I went back in a couple days later to talk about the numbers and see how much payments would be. I knew something fishy was going on whenever they said “oh, you brought your father“. They raise the price of the car for thousand dollars. whenever we caught on they said oh that must’ve been a mess up, then they fixed it. We were going to wait a week for whenever I got my license and then buy the car. They said they would call back in a couple days and it has now been Three and a half months and I making my third payment on my car from somewhere else. Not only did they Not call me like they said they would, I went to text the person that was helping me and it said that my number was blocked. I would not recommend this place to anybody because they try to take advantage of young people.

Absolutely horrible dealership they lie and scheme to try to get you buying a vehicle I will never trust them again. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Check engine light was on they said they where going to fix it they didn’t call until today and when they did they said it was still in the shop but they have another for more money a worker called and said no we actually already sold the one I was looking at.WARNING do not trust this car lot. Even said I should have bought it with a fuel pump not working.
