As a veteran, I relied on $3,900 raised by fellow vets through a fundraiser to purchase a reliable vehicle. I called ahead from Tampa, explained my situation, and made the trip via Uber to pick up the car. The dealership knew I was coming after hours — which meant I had no way to take it to a mechanic for an inspection before buying. They were fully aware of that. I had to take their word that the vehicle was in good condition. It wasn't. Once I was able to have it looked at, the problems were everywhere: non-functioning turn signals, a broken coolant system, a persistent check engine light, a faulty tire pressure sensor, a bad lightbulb, a completely deteriorating interior, the jeep also is lacking the windshield spray jets and feed lines, four tires that can't hold air pressure, don't match, and are likely not even legal due to low tread, a malfunctioning electronic throttle control (ETC) unit, and a shot engine fan — leaving me with a vehicle that is essentially undrivable. I'm stuck with a very expensive brick. I notified the dealership on Sunday. All I've gotten back is platitudes and silence. I followed up about the ETC issue specifically and heard nothing. To make matters worse, I later found out from the Florida DMV that my registration had expired on the temporary tag. I had requested to transfer my plate from my previous vehicle, but the paperwork never made it to the Tax Collector — for four months. They knew I couldn't inspect it. They sold it anyway. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere — the headache does not go away. I have now contacted the Attorney General, the BBB, the State Auto Dealership division and am contacting a military lawyer to be legal proceedings.

My daughter purchased her first car from this place 2006 Nissan Altima and the transmission is messing up, they even gave her a year warranty but told her she had to pay for labor. They gave her the run around and didnt even call us back. But she now has a 2021 Chevy Equinox that she loves. DO NOT PURCHASE NOT ONE VEHICLE FROM THIS JANKY PLACE AND I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. And I’m not even the person who purchased the car. My sister spent $5,000 on a car from here that the owner claimed was his old car and he drove daily. 1st red flag was when he only let her test drive it to the gas station and he didn’t know how to open the gas tank…but yet you drove this car for 2 years. That car broke down within FIVE (5) HOURS of purchase. Stating that it had a bad catalytic converter and Autozone told us that someone had read the codes on it recently so they KNEW. They told her to bring it in for repairs and after a week or so it STILL hadn’t been touched by the mechanic. EVERYTIME you call they blame it on each other…it’s 4 of them, and NOTHING is ever their fault. And on top of the car breaking down almost everyday since she bought it they ALSO couldn’t provide her with a tag…they just have no clue what happened to it. And also will let you know “customer service” is NOT guaranteed and will make you leave if you don’t want to believe the lies because that is all they do is LIE.

I Bought the car from Leo 03/01, the test drive was good, but he kept reiterating that the car was good no problems, I even suggested taking to autozone just to check it, he insures me everything was fine and even hooked it up to his own “code reader” to show there was no code. I should’ve known something was fishy about that, there were several red flags, I noticed the AC can only be set to one setting otherwise you don’t get air, he was adamant that I purchased the car that day. That was naive of me but I needed a car bad! then a couple weeks later, the car started making weird noises and my check engine line came on he assured me it wasn’t anything I brought him the car him, his mechanic did something then took off the code. Not even 5 days later the light came back on. He had told me if I was not happy he can help me sell if I was not satisfied. Fast forward to now. The car won’t even start. It got head gasket and engine issues, I went back to him to let him know I was having issues with the car, he told me that he can’t do anything about it, he was served a citation by the city to not repair cars in his property. Which I thought was odd, I have contacted my lawyer for them DO NOT BUY HERE!! They will rip you off. If you do buy from them make sure you HAVE EVERYTHING documented like I did.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUTO DEALER. We found the 2014 Nissan Versa Note. After sharing correspondence that "nothing is wrong with it, everything works" I get there to test drive the car and the second the car was turned on a horrible squealing sound started. I knew it was something with the belt. The owner stated that it was the belt even though he told me nothing was wrong with it. If it made no noise he never would have said a thing. He swore everything else worked and he would fix the belt. We test drove it and it drove good so with his word we bought it. When we bought it, it was daylight. That night we quickly realized both tail lights were out and one head light was also out. I took it over to my mechanic the next day and it turned out it was the idler pulley that went bad and that caused the belt to go bad. In fact it was so bad the mechanic said we were lucky it did not snap when we drove off that lot. We had our child with us. These owners should be ashamed of themselves for letting a car that bad be driven off their lot. When I told the owner he told me I can rent the pulley (the idler pulley is a part not a tool) so he also obviously has no idea what is wrong with these cars he buys and then sells and has no idea about cars in general.
