Storytime: Whew! Where do I start..If patience was a company then Creel Motors would be the name. I was inquiring about the 2019 Infiniti Q60 Pure, A dream SUV with 3rd row seating, sunroof & all the amenities that I had been scoping since late 2020, I got approved for it! Yippee! I test drove it...Guess what? The feel wasn't right for me. Spoke with Chris told him my thoughts, then here comes this tall energetic man name Bradley who initially was doing my financing but he patiently assisted me as I inquired about this beautiful Sunset Cooper Honda CR-V that was calling my name originally. Ironically, it had the same amenities as the Infiniti Q60. I like where the drive gear shift was located along with the side cameras. The interior was super clean. The ride was smooth and so was this transaction and the "SOLD" sign was placed immediately on my new SUV. UPDATE: I took my new SUV to the Honda dealership, I had them do a full inspection due to I had knowingly bought a REBUILT title SUV which necessary is not a bad thing because insurance companies will total loss a vehicle in a minute and then auction /resell. My SUV checked out in good condition, just need to get the fluids flushed out like brake & transmission. No major damage or work needs to be performed. Overall: 5 stars service to Creel motors 🌟 Side note: Credit score is not a factor, bring 2 paycheck stubs and some mail with your current address on it, and your down-payment. They have ALOT of nice vehicles on their lot. You won't be disappointed. THE END

I just bought my 3rd car here. I have had great service each time. As a person who grew in the car business and worked as a car salesman I’m always very careful when I go to a lot. They have always been very honest with me, professional and personable. Like with any used car there can always be something wrong with a car, that’s to be expected. However they do what they can to address any issues before putting it on the lot. So, between that, and a test drive… I’ve had 3 great cars and experiences with creel.

Went in and in need of a vehicle and I needed something bigger for my mom and my kids. They helped me find this beauty that I love and it was fast and easy. It was not a all day job very helpful and nice people. Thanks again Creel.
