Fernando is a champion. I walked in looking for a car and walked out with the exact car that I wanted. Fernando does not play any games. He tells you like it is and he is a real businessman who cares about his customers experience. I would recommend Auto store of Tampa Bay to anybody looking to get a great deal on a good quality used vehicle.

Fernando helped us with a Toyota sienna 08 that we were interested in. The transaction was smooth and quick. The car did need a lot of attention; a serious tune up, a CV axel replaced (both cost me $1600), the radio will be another $1000 to replace, coolant system will need to be flushed, not to mention the previous owner was a smoker and I had to pay for a machine to remove the smell. However, it’s expected when buying a car off a used car lot. I just really didn’t like that it wasn’t until two days after having the car that all these warning lights started flashing. Someone had mentioned the dealer could be clearing codes which I would hope not since that is a major safety issue.

B2B - Contacted Sebastian yesterday in wanting to partner with them in listing vehicles in the Marketplace. After a 15-20 min conversation Sebastian told me to contact them today and speak with Fernando Sr and Jr. I called today to set up an appt and Fernando Jr assured me he makes the decisions and gets his dads approval and to call back in 1/2 hour. I call back in a half and hour and Fernando Jr is busy and stated he'd call me back in 5 mins. l call back and Sebastian answers the phone and says Fernando Jr is busy now. I called Sebastian out on it and said, let's not waste any more time here. If you're not interested then be a man about it and state that. He agreed that that's what it is. Wow! Then say that. Guys, how you do business with other businesses is how you do business on the car lot. Let's not play musical chair games with other businesses or customers who are trying to work in harmony with you. I could have used this time for something more productive. Wishing you more car sales and better communications as you move forward.

Complete scam artists. Will blatantly lie to your face with a smile while crossing fingers behind their back. The car I purchased from them is completely unsafe to drive and they’re lucky I don’t have the money to sue them. Steer clear of these slimy so called car salesman

Told him on the phone I was coming for a test drive and he said that he would bring the car out so that I could drive it. When I got there, he said that I couldn’t drive it and that he didn’t even have a tag for it. I asked if there was anything wrong with it and he said no when I got there the door panels were all creaky and nasty and the dash was completely dry rotted. Don’t waste your time! Terrible!
