I️ had an absolute amazing experience!! I️ recommend anyone with no credit or shitty credit or just don’t wanna deal with BS. So I️ came looking for a vehicle around 20k and they got me approved. So I️ decided to get a 2021 Chevy Traverse with 110k within my price range!! I️ couldn’t be happier!!! This place is VERY honest and I️ traveled to multiple car lots that same day with cash down and straight up said I️ have NO COSIGNER and they all denied me but when I️ came here I️ wasn’t judged, I️ felt very welcomed. It’s very family oriented which is great! My first rep was an absolute charm. He’s young but has an amazing personality and is so knowledgeable! My actual sales guy helped me with the test drive and got me amazing full coverage at a great price!! And the head guy he’s just an absolute charm as well he broke down all my payments, went over every single paper with me to let me know and understand everything. I️ recommend this place to everyone. This place won’t do you wrong.

Daniel and Josh took their time and helped me get into a vehicle that I felt comfortable with. They didn’t pressure me into a sale and took their time to even go to a different location to get the vehicle I was interested in. When it came time to sign contracts and paperwork, everything was explained thoroughly to me and I didn’t feel rushed throughout the process. Thank you so much to Daniel and Josh!

Absolutely AMAZING people and service ! everywhere I went I kept getting denied due to a recent repo.. not here! They got me approved with a reasonable down payment and smooth, streamlined process! Even when the original car I wanted wasn’t there, they accommodated me when a better deal on a smiliar vehicle! Highly recommend this place! Shoutout to Guillermo Salermo & Jenny! Horrible service. Made an appointment to have my car seen at 10am. With no other reliable transportation I had no choice but to sit in the waiting area for my car to be looked at. I went to service window and nicely asked to just get an eta on when my car would be pulled into the bay to be assessed after waiting well over an hour and no one’s touched or looked at my car. Service counter associates (blonde haired women older and brunette woman younger) are rude and don’t know how to talk to customers. Funny being they applied for customer service positions. My home office is Ruskin where their customer service is amazing. This being my first time at the Tampa office service department and my experience here has left a bad impression on the business. As a paying customer who’s never been late on a payment, treats all with respect and also paying $600 a month, sometimes $900 in 5 week months in this financial climate, I feel your employees should treat the customers with respect. Especially since without us there would be no business or job to clock into.
