We have looked, and looked, and looked at used cars for our daughter. We have ran in to all the WORST salesman’s until we met CJ!! He literally came in on his day off (a holiday) to browse cars with us. We drove two hours to get to him. Best salesman, not pushy, talked with us on the good and bad on each and was honest. We 5/5 recommend Superioir Auto Sales and CJ.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this car company and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. They answered all of my questions without pressuring me into making a decision. The buying process was smooth, and everything was explained clearly, including financing and warranty options. I truly appreciated the honesty and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a stress-free car buying experience. Hands down the BEST dealership EVER! From start to finish, the process was smooth and seamless. I don’t live in Tallahassee so I had to drive an hour and a half to get here. The car I initially wanted had already been sold and right out the gate, CJ was very apologetic and told me that he would have another one in a few days. What I liked most was that they didn’t try to pressure me into something that I didn’t want just to make the sale. What he did was ask me how soon I wanted to purchase, what I wanted my payments to be, and how much I wanted to put down. I will definitely go here for future purchases! CJ, Lamar, and Ma. Sharon are the dream team for sure!

Reoccurring customer just bought from them two weeks ago. They’re amazing. I’ve said it once I’ve said it twice. My husband said it before best around to buy from. Will make sure that you are happy and we’ll go out of their way to make sure that you are treated like family. Thank you again for all you did for us. We are so happy with our purchase.

1 Star – Horrible Customer Service at Superior Auto Sales Do not expect any support from Superior Auto Sales after you buy a car. My experience was awful from start to finish. The vehicle I purchased from them had serious mechanical issues within. When I tried to contact them about the problems, they would not respond to my calls or emails. I left multiple messages and was completely ignored.[timeframe] The customer service is unacceptable. The staff were unprofessional and rude. While I was on the phone with them, I could hear employees talking about me in the background. No customer should be treated with that level of disrespect. CJ, the owner, is never in the office when you need to escalate an issue. There’s no accountability and no one willing to make things right after the sale. Superior Auto Sales does not care about customers once the paperwork is signed. Save yourself the stress, money, and time — take your business elsewhere.
