Have bought a car from here a year ago a month later broke down can't even go 10 miles until overheating. Said "good condition needs little repairs" the cost of repairs cost more than some cars that are better than the car we got

My encounter with this dealership revealed a profound lack of integrity and a blatant disregard for a verbal agreement, practices that should give any consumer pause. ​I located a truck of interest on Facebook Marketplace and, after communicating with a representative, was explicitly promised on three separate occasions that the vehicle would be held for me until the following day. Trusting this assurance, I informed them that I would be traveling two hours from Valdosta after work. On the day of my visit, I texted to confirm my departure and received a casual "thumbs up" reply, reinforcing my belief that the truck was secured. ​Upon arriving at the dealership—a location that, I must note, appeared disorganized and unprofessional—I was met with a devastating reality. The representative informed me that the truck I had driven two hours to purchase had just been sold to a couple seated at his desk. This happened even as I was en route, after a direct text message confirming my arrival was acknowledged. ​This incident is more than a simple misunderstanding; it is a clear example of deceptive and untrustworthy behavior. If a dealership is willing to sell a vehicle out from under a confirmed buyer after making repeated promises, one can only imagine what other crucial details about their vehicles' condition they are willing to misrepresent. I would not recommend doing business with a company that operates with such a profound lack of respect for its customers.
