Franks auto world is the only place I will ever go to buy vehicles, my family has gotten multiple vehicles from them and they are always trustworthy. Very laid back environment and they are not pushy . They let you take your time and really think about your choices. I’m a full time college student and got hit in my vehicle while I was on my way to school, that being said I needed a new car and the finance company gave me a run for my money . They continued to be patient with me through the weeks that the finance company dragged the process along. I finally got my loan finalized today !! I walked out with a very nice 2017 jeep grand Cherokee that was cleaned and perfectly detailed and in great condition . Learning to navigate adult hood as a young woman can be very intimidating and i absolutely feel safe to buy vehicles from frank and Doug , and when it comes time to upgrade again I will certainly be coming right back.
