My experience with David Lloyd Tallahassee was excellent. I first expressed interest in a particular vehicle on-line and was promptly contacted by Caleb. He was both professional and personable an shared a sincere willingness to help find a solution to our needs. I came out to the lot several days later and met David and Caleb in person. Caleb has extensive knowledge of the on-site inventory and David has a great can-do attitude that made selecting, test driving, and making a deal a seamless process. These are talented and honest men that prioritize the needs of the customer over the need to simply sell a car. I highly recommend them and I WILL do business with them again!

I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic from David & Lloyd Automotive and had a great experience. The staff was friendly especially Caleb, he was very helpful, and made the process feel straightforward without a lot of pressure. They answered my questions honestly and helped me feel confident about the car I was buying. The Civic has been a great car so far, and I’m really happy with the purchase. If you’re looking for a reliable used vehicle and a dealership that treats people well, I’d definitely recommend checking them out.

Originally, I would give a 5 star because the deal with trade in and buy a new car was smooth. Offered me good trade in price, and the new car was nice. Owner's friend, Richard, was a Lyft driver that I was riding with when I had a flat tire, so he introduced me to David. However, things went down pretty quick, after we had the deal. I give Richard 100 bugs just for appreciation over him test driving with me. Couples days after, he texted me to lend him 200 dollars. Like seriously? Not only with that, the Jeep I bought from David had many issues, like the 2 car keys were all broken. Keys would not start the car, lock and unlock the car properly. The window button was broken, and mirror rotation button was broken, and seats would go back to its default position after adjustment and other minor issues. He mad promise that all mechanic problem will be fixed when he sold me the car, or he would fix them afterwards for me. However, when I asked him to repair those because those issues are important and serious, he just pretended not seeing my message. Now I have to fix all these on my own. I told him if that was his decision, then I would leave a bad comment. Since he did not care about customer, here I am. I would not say he was bad or anything, but you want to be alert and be cautious with business dishonesty and lies because even I was cautious, I did not expect this. Please make sure you check all the issues with the car before you purchase and made sure he repaired things for you before you buy it. Do not rush it just because he offered you pretty things. That is his trick - common sales trick. He only cares to sell, but not care about you. Unless he reached back and fix things as it should be, I will not change this comment.
