I had an amazing experience thanks to David Sharp who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks to his expertise both my wife and I left with vehicles that fit our everyday wants and needs and then some. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very honest and understanding. George Bell is the man! Every time I bring my 2024 GMC Hummer EV in for service, George is attentive, professional, and genuinely listens to every concern I have. He consistently goes the extra mile to make sure my requests are understood, and about 99% of the time he's able to coordinate with the EV Certified technician to get everything taken care of. Service like that deserves recognition. We often hear about negative experiences, but it's just as important to acknowledge the people who consistently do great work. I don't know the name of the EV Certified technician who has worked on my Hummer, but if I did, I'd gladly give him a high five and a well-deserved shout-out too. George, I hope you pass this positive feedback along to him because both of you represent GMC and the Hummer EV community extremely well.
