Little late doing this review but here goes went to this place 3 years ago I will say they have very affordable cars ones like mine that still to this day love!! Sales rep was amazing he genuinely wanted to make sure you left out that lot happy! And for John what can I say this dude is amazing very helpful down from the check down to signing and so on even to this day the service from them is amazing.. And for the lady everyone seems to complain about she has not once gave me a problem and I been with them for a while and happy to say so close paying off and they still have the level of customer service I respect . My parents bought my car from here a little while back, a 2012 white Nissan Altima and the staff here has always been so understanding and helpful. I was much younger at the time, but I remember my parents always being so thankful for the kindness they have shown here. The car wasn't originally for me but it has been passed down to me and even with nearly 200,000 miles on it, the car runs strong and has always been reliable. Would 100% recommend getting a car from here

These guys are awesome with an awesome staff both up front and in the garage. Have bought a number of cars from them over the years, always very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend highly to anyone interested in buying a quality used car.

I am a recent new customer. I am so happy that someone suggested Southside. Even though the car I bought is older than the car I just parted with - I am super happy. I now believe this is the best car I ever had. When I told the sales guy I cant deal with car repairs he was able to suggest a few cars for me to pick from where I might have better luck. So glad we had that discussion. My entire family is happy with my purchase.

Went in today to try and get a car, I have the required income amount, the required down payment amount, and settled a reasonable monthly payment, great test drive very nice man in Sales was very knowledgeable. Everything was great until it came to financing, once I went in and started the process, and they saw I didn’t make much money last year, because I had gone back to school. Then he was a little skeptical about the duration of my current job, which was understandable, but when I ensured him my father worked there as well, and as long as he was there, I was guaranteed my position as long as I wanted to to work there. I offer for him to call my plant manager and dept manager who would say the same thing as well, and offered to have a co-signer should I need one, but wanted to try and do it on my own! Gave them all of the paperwork they asked for, and they still didn’t want to do it, it was close to closing time, and he asked if we could pick it up Monday, I explained that didn’t work because of our schedules, and when I asked flat out if I was going to be able to get one, he got upset over me pushing the issue and raised his voice and snapped at me and said “Sorry he couldn’t just give every girl a car who’s only been working two months and wants one”, I needed a car, not a slap in the face, horrible experience, and my father decided not to go buy his car there either now! I went somewhere else and after a phone call to my plant manager to confirm my position with my company, I was lucky enough to walk off a lot with a car as planned and very much needed! Two stars only because of the nice gentleman in Sales who worked with me!
