Southlake Motors Used Cars

Amazing people, easy to work with Nerbith and Juan, done our food truck for our restaurant in Jacksonville, these people are trustworthy, we didn't have to drive but on first time and when we brought it back to it's forever place, communicated well, no hidden details, transparent and straight forward, kept up to promise, delivered on time, it was really pleasant to deal with such people. Looking forward for more buisness together.

Bought our car and it is amazing. They are super helpful and courteous. Thanks guys

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership in September, test drove it and sold with nothing on the dash, the day of when I drove it on the lot the check engine light came on and my engine started to turn off it turned out to be the catalytic converter at first but then after I fixed that the timing belt needed to be replaced as well…now I’m already $1800 into this car I bought with 155k miles and last week the engine blew and is now sitting in my garage. They clearly cleared the codes before I drove it I barely put 1,000 miles on it and the engine already blew up. I would strongly recommend steering clear from this place. I tried to get help from them and they said I have to buy a used motor and pay there mechanic for the engine swap.

Buyer beware!!! I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from them on Friday night and by Saturday morning the car wasn’t starting. I had to take an Uber to work right after putting a down payment on a car not even 12 hours prior. The manager told me there was a “trick” to get the car started I was furious. They sent me to a mechanic on Monday, and we missed time out of work with this car the mechanic couldn’t believe the car was sold to us this way. Two starters later and the grounds had to be put in the right place and come Tuesday morning the car is still not starting. At this point I was furious and called the manager and told him I wanted my money back and thankfully I got it but be careful. Especially if you are purchasing the 2014 Hyundai Elantra vin 5NPDH4AE8EH461095 it probably has major electrical problems that the dealer is hiding
