Andres sold us a a car we've been wanting for many years. He walked us through the process and gave us the opportunity of a lifetime! He talked to us like family and made sure we were well taken care of. They made sure the car was nice and clean before taking it home. Oh and the bathrooms are really clean here! The inside decor is comfortable and well decorated while you wait for the process. I definitely recommend getting a vehicle here !!!! Thank you VIP Auto! It felt like VIP service!!!

Andres and Eric were such huge help! Andres listened to our concerns and complaints from our last encounter that didn’t end so well from when they opened; he even offered to help us in any other way. And Eric was super helpful and kind and answered all questions for us!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would,I bought a 2018 Kia Stinger on February 23rd, checked it out on the 23rd, there was missing pieces on the vehicle including a shark fin, Skid plate, inside compartment piece, a blown turbo,Bad brakes and rotors, cracked dry rotted tires and messed up paint. I asked about the missing pieces and the paint because the car was dirty and we couldn’t tell the difference if the vehicle was dirty or the paint was messed up. Joel my sales person said the missing parts would be fitted on the vehicle when I pick it up,I picked it up February 25th. Joel said that the paint was just dirty and was perfectly fine, after cleaning and detailing it the paint was sun faded in a good bit of areas,My car sat for a month before mechanics even touched it with no answers from VIP Auto.Their own mechanics said they just let the vehicle sit and didn’t tell the mechanics anything about my vehicle to be fixed.Every week I was at VIP Auto with no answers at all.Always was met with aggravated annoyed asa VIP auto employees not wanting to do anything to serve the customers.Today May 27th 2026 I went to find out about my missing parts and was met with Andre’s,This guy needs to be fired and is a liability He began shouting cussing Threatening and from a standpoint seeming like he wanted to assault me and my parents,I instructed I did not want to speak with him because of his aggressive nature but he kept getting more aggressive,His words was ,You can not afford a car or stuff in that environment,Why would you come here if you don’t have any money.Other employees told Andre’s to leave to de escalate the situation,I instead Andre’s chose to stay and escalate,VIP auto enterprise on OBT is the worst dealership in Orlando,Don’t let all the fancy sporty cars fool you,Don’t give them your hard earned money, Your better off going to another dealership that will actually care for you.Again Andre’s needs to be fired.

Be careful what you buy here. All they do is sell you an engine and transimssion regardless what the body frame looks like for the price of a new car elsewhere. 👍 Test drove a car without REAR BRAKES 😳🤦😡. They replied "Will take under $500 to fix?" Don't know what cloud you in buddy but this isn't the world where two brand new rear tires for a Lexus cost less than $300, spare tires dont cost less $100, brake pads no less than $80 & not mentioning a worn sunroof edge support that's worth more than $300 to replace, your vehicle has a damage of over $1,500. Best of luck selling it to someone smart.
