Jeremiah was amazing in helping me get my dream car! He spent hours and days to get me approved. This is my second time buying a car from him and I will always follow him where he goes for a vehicle purchase! Highly recommend this business and everyone there to help you get into your next car! EDIT: Obviously do your own reasearch whenever it comes to buying a vehicle. Ask for CARFAX, history etc. Don't blame the business cuz you didn't do your homework. Shop smarter not harder 😉

6/10 I do not recommend they have nice cars , but they will give you a car and not tell you about the minor things that are wrong with it . Gave me 2 paper tags and after I came back for a hard tag told me I had to pay 500$ instead of telling me that when I first got the car . They honestly just want the money . And if your a female go up there with a man and not by yourself !! And let them retrieve your OLD tag not the new one . And the 6 month warranties are only for the engine and transmission just a bunch of bullshit

would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from V&B Auto Sales in Orlando, Florida. My experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The dealership arranged to have my vehicle picked up, claiming I was behind on payments—which was not accurate. At the time, the vehicle itself was already experiencing mechanical issues. When the tow truck came to retrieve the vehicle, I accidentally left personal belongings inside, including a GPS system worth over $300, cables, and a mount. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership to find out where the vehicle was taken so I could retrieve my items. Unfortunately, I was met with very poor customer service. Representatives were rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me during calls. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the vehicle had previously been in a severe accident and was considered salvage or totaled. This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable. At this point, I will be seeking legal counsel. In the state of Florida, I have rights to retrieve my personal belongings from a repossessed vehicle, and the lack of communication and cooperation from this dealership is unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone in the Orlando area to proceed with caution and do thorough research before considering doing business with this dealership. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE 2015 FORD TRANSIT CONNECT

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE MONEH HUNGRY AND LIERS I bought a 2018 ford and when I first drove it off it had transmission problems and I drove it back to dealer and I couldn’t get my money back but was told that the trans will get fixed 2 months later I got my truck back and later on in the year my car blew out on transmission not only did they do that but instead of paying 32 I paid 50,000 on that truck just BS they are liers and rip off please guys watch out now I’m stuck with bad credit thanks to them for a lemon car worse thing ever happened to me unbelievable

First things first when I came into VNB sales I was treated with nothing but disrespect and rushed mind. They still had two hours to close and they still treated me like I am an ATM like they can cash me out whenever they want but I am smarter than B&B auto sales, they will go bankrupt. They scam like off lease and they were millionaires. I was trying to buy a 2017 golf And they thought I was stupid not to see that they increased the listing price by $1000 and all the hidden fees are insane, especially the sales manager. He had no intent of selling. I had no idea that you could sell with that type of attitude You would be better off, going to another Save your time and save your money
