LOOK UNDER THE CAR!!!They will make the car look okay at first glance!!! The back story given on the car was a lie it was repossessed from the last person according to car fax, and was also in 2 accidents which wasn’t told at the time of the purchase but was asked for. I bought a car as is from them knowingly it had a lot of cosmetic issues(burn hole in seat and emergency break,stain in back seat,broken AC vent,mismatch 2 rims 2 hubcaps,BLOWN speakers) I paid $6000 for a very high mileage Toyota with dark transmission fluid due to it being one of the best cars there according to them, I test drove the car and everything was fine until my front grill flew off and I had to replace a side mirror that was flappy, after that I’ve had repeatedly had issues with the bumper slowly falling apart so I decided to replace it only to be met with multiple ZIP TIES and even SUPER GLUED to the car. I made them aware of the issue and got a very nonchalant response because I test drove it. Should be 0 stars for the lack of helpfulness and customer service the car was worth way less.

Heartbroken as we purchased a 15 passenger to fit all of our children and obviously knew it was as is but told it was taken care of and in great condition. Within the few days, the AC went warm/hot and it needed an entire brake system as we had to pull over from the brakes smoking and got it towed back home. Now two months in, it also needs water pump and radiator. We have six children and one on the way and feel completely cheated out of all the money we had for a big enough vehicle for our family. We have put so much more money into this vehicle to where we have had to ask our church for help with some of the repairs just for it to be safe to drive. The entire front end was loose as well and needed ball joints etc. we have multiple special needs children and are now not able to get them to their doctor appts and have to reschedule all until we can get it running safely. 😭 UPDATE: Everything in owner's response is not true. My husband is not a mechanic but good with vehicles. Our main concern was being able to have AC for the kids and it worked great for the first few days. I was being pressured to hurry signing the papers and not able to even read them as they were being swiped from me as I signed them as I was sitting on phone with my insurance at 6pm. It's not the customer service we received as that was fine, it was the vehicle that we were told was well taken care of by a friend who owned it when it has obviously sat for years prior. There is another review with the same ac issue so this isn't an isolated event. Everything doesn't just break in the first couple weeks unless that vehicle hadn't been driven in so long. ALSO you did not reduce the price for us because of ANY issues. You reduced the price when I called before even coming up there to see the van because I tried to ask for it for $5k and was met at $6k plus taxes and fees. This was before I even showed up there.
