This place is friendly and very helpful. It is a USED car dealership. So keep that in mind. Fixing a cars current problems doesn’t guarantee no more problems will come. They take time to inspect their vehicals and insure they are running and driving well before placing them for purchase. They can’t fix all the issues that happen to a vehical but from my personal experience they try to make things right within reason. They always have nice trucks and try to keep a various inventory selection. Matt, Chloe, and bob are the best.

Save yourself time and money. The original owner was fantastic, and I can’t comment on the new owners yet, but if they’re anything like the first owner, they’re likely good people. Unfortunately, my experience with the current manager was disappointing. I was explicitly told that only a soft credit check would be performed, but instead, a hard inquiry was run without my consent. This has negatively impacted my credit and affected my ability to purchase a home, which was the exact reason I requested a soft pull. To hold the dealership accountable, I am taking the following steps:I will be disputing the hard inquiry with all three major credit bureaus to have it removed. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. I am also seeking legal advice to explore any potential violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Transparency and honesty are crucial, and I hope that by taking these steps, the dealership can correct this issue and prevent it from happening to others.

I am giving them a zero. This place is no good. They fix cars only for you to test and drive them home once you buy it and suddenly they don’t work. You tell them about the problem and they get upset yelling at you. Especially the old men. When you buy they are nice but when you complain they have a big mouth.
