Ronnie was very rude. He’s the owner. He would not comprise with my fiancée after they took our car even though we talked to them about our payment. Then he refused to let him get our things out of the car until the cops had to be called and they made him let him get our stuff out. My work badge was one of them. I work at Publix and would have not been able to get in the gate without it. He would have via me my job if the cops had not shown up. The woman at the desk was very sweet and wanted to help us out. Ronnie was a jerk to my man and he was very polite about it. If you want a car, I would highly recommend not going here. They will just screw you.

Absolutely horrible customer service, rude, will absolutely take your money and give you a trash vehicle. They’ve had my truck for going on 2 weeks because of THEIR negligence and no updates or anything on my vehicle. Getting the run around and again RUDE.

they sold me a piece of trash truck said they put a new moter in it and it didn't last 2 weeks since i had it and it broke down and to top it off they didnt explained to me it didnt have any turn signals that put alot of lives in danger i call them and they wouldnt help me all they said is "they couldnt help me that it is sold as is only"i believe if you messed up fix it. but they wouldnt help me with anything. and there is so much problems with this place i wouldnt recommend anyone to get anything from them.
