I've been trying to get a car from Doug. Once I selected the car I wanted I was told it would be $5,000 cash to my face, in person. I told Doug I would have the cash by the end of the week. Once I had the cash needed 2 days ago, Doug added $1,100 to the original quote. Then I picked a different car in my price range. Doug quickly responded to my text at 9am and told me he was going to an auction and would get back to me around 4:30pm. I asked him to let me know if he gets back sooner. He said he would. Before we ended the text conversation for that time, he said he would text me when he was back at his shop. 4:30pm comes and goes. I text him at 4:42 pm to remind him to let me know when I could come by. He texted me back at 5:01pm and said "I just got here if you would like to stop by". My wife and I were getting ready and were on our way to Doug's shop when he texted me "we will have to set it up for tomorrow. I have to head out". After we waited all day to buy his car for $6,100 cash, he blows us off. Then he texts to us that he has been waiting since 4:30pm at his shop for us to arrive. That being false since he texted at 5:01pm that he just arrived at his shop. He wasted our whole day, since we adjusted our work schedule around buying this car. Not to mention a day lost looking for another car from a different seller. When I sent him a screenshot from our earlier conversation where he said he would let me know when to come by, he left me on 'Read' and never responded again. This is an extremely incompetent seller who doesn't care at all about wasting buyers time.

Needed a car quick. Transmission went out on my previous vehicle. I was referred to Douge told him what was going on that I needed something reliable. He told me "I'll take care you!" Not to worry about the financial bind I was currently in. And he did just that. I definitely recommend going to him, he will shoot you straight.

A great place to get a newer used vehicle. Plenty to choose from and all Clean. I have purchased 3 vehicles for 3 of my kids all run great still , with most recent being today . I like the no pressure not standing over my shoulder feeling, would definitely recommend to stop by and check them out if your looking . Super easy transaction in and out 🙂 thanks again for having what we needed in our budget.
