Drove an hour and half to get here, was told the vehicle had no mechanical issues, yet when I turned it on there were two brake warning that pop up. He could have just told me that when I asked, and before I drove so far. What a waste of my time! Also, he conveniently deactivated the FB post so I couldn’t rate/review him.

My son purchased a vehicle from this Mr. Naeem Shafi at Super Sport Auto Sales in their Kissimmee location posted on Facebook Marketplace. The very next day the transmission presented serious problems. We notified the seller and he claimed he couldn’t do anything about it, though it was 48 hours after the purchase. To confirm the problem, we took the vehicle to a local mechanic. During inspection, metal fragments were found in the transmission fluid—clear evidence of significant internal damage that does not happen overnight. This strongly suggests the issue existed before the vehicle was sold. I contacted the dealership again, expecting a reasonable resolution given how quickly a major failure appeared. Instead, they refused to repair the vehicle or offer any exchange, leaving me with a car that has a known, serious defect. Mr. Naeem Shafi offered to try to resell the vehicle, showing his the lack of respect for the local community and his potential customers! This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. A transmission failure this severe, this soon after purchase, raises serious concerns about the dealership’s inspection process, transparency and integrity. I strongly recommend to avoid buying from this business, as it’s apparent their disregard to the consumers and community.

We recently had the misfortune of visiting SUPER SPORTS AUTO SALES after coordinating with the owners to look at a specific vehicle. Upon arrival, the lack of professionalism was immediately apparent, starting with the disorganized and unkempt office. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, we mentioned several issues that we noticed. Instead of addressing our concerns, we were rudely dismissed with claims that these issues had already been fixed. The dismissive attitude left us feeling like there was no room for negotiation or honest discussion. When we informed them that we had other options to consider, things took an even worse turn. The staff launched into a series of unprofessional comments, accusing us of wasting their time. It became clear that these people have no interest in providing decent customer service or maintaining a respectful business environment. The overall experience was disheartening and frustrating. From the poorly maintained office to the lackluster attention to detail in their vehicles, it's obvious that they don't care about their customers. If you’re looking for a professional and respectful car buying experience, look elsewhere. Be ready to be treated as poorly as their place of business is kept.

Only two weeks after I bought a car from this so-called dealership the transmission blew and A/C went out. Not two months, not two years, TWO WEEKS. My mechanic made it clear this was an issue the dealer would have known about. The dealer himself owns a shop. That means he knowingly dumped a broken car on me. Now I am stuck with a $5,500 repair bill on top of what I already paid these scam artists. That is not bad luck, that is fraud. They smiled and sent me home in a car that was a ticking time bomb. Save yourself the stress and the money. This place is nothing but liars, cheats, and vultures who prey on people who just want reliable transportation. They do not deserve your trust or your business.

Transmission came blown & I lost $6,000 because of this man, now, my car is still under his name. I REPEAT DONT DO ANY BUSINESS THIS WITH THIS COMPANY.
