Mario’s Auto Sales

I got a sense of relief with Mario. He had a way of explaining things ever so simply. He was able to work with me on a price and had I wanted, I could have gotten a more expensive vehicle and the down payment would have been very doable. On top of that, he goes out his way to make sure the car is up to YOUR standards. Makes it easier to breath when it comes to having a used car. If I ever need to, I will go back to Mario's.

Very Good Person Mr. Mario He give me car very good condition and very good price

Dont ever do any services with these people. They are very unprofessional and dishonest, I purchased a car on the lot for $4000 they said everything was fine with it looks fine to me. Come to find out there is oil leaks everywhere, needs a lot of work on the transmission, needs new suspension system, which will cost me over $3000 worth of repairs. I couldn’t visually see leaks at the sight since it was parked in grass. They will not return your money at all. They lie straight to your face. DO NOT BUY, SELL, or FIX YOUR VEHICLES HERE AT ALL. These people are very nasty

I bought a 2007 Mazda 6 from this “company” on February 23rd 2017. I saw it in the lot and fell in love with it. I was impatient and should’ve listened to my father and never bought a car at a Buy Here Pay Here. I paid $7000 cash. The car wasn’t even for sale yet, it hadn’t been inspected but he insured me it was. One week later the battery started dying on me. I hadn’t even received the license plate and I had called the tow truck a total of 7 times in 2 months. He paid for the first 2 maintenance problems and bought me new coils because the previous owner lowered the car. Mario said everything was fine with the car, but I changed the battery twice, had 2 new alternators placed, had to change the brakes and their discs and I spent over $2700 total on other issues and towing expenses. When I FINALLY had enough, I went to St. Cloud Auto Service where I spoke to the manager Carlos, and he gave my car a FULL INSPECTION. He found 2 pages worth of problems costing over $650 and when he removed the keyboard to see the true mechanical problems of the car, we found that the check engine light and low oil lights were COVERED IN ELECTRICAL TAPE to hide the cars problems! I was dumbfounded at the lack of compassion for a company that Mario’s runs. He saw I had money and ran with it. The car sits at my parents house for a year and I refuse to put any money into it. I went to OffLeaseOnly and bought myself a 2016 Hyundai and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I REPEAT: DON’T COME HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE OF MIND;. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY GET STRESS!!!!

So I came to find out they tampered the mileage of the car. In 2018 car had 155,xxx miles in 2018 trough a vin # check I just sold it because it broke down on me not even 4 months of having it. Leaks everywhere and a whole bunch of problems. Everything looked nice since it was covered nicely. Sold the car and the current mileage was 159,xxx. Stay away! Scammers and definitely a fraud!
